HEALTH CARE

Due to the fact that the commune is located in the vicinity of a large city, it has a good base in terms of health care. The city of Poznań as well as the Poznań District provide access to hospitals, specialist outpatient clinics and emergency ambulance services. 

In the commune there are family doctor’s clinics. The doctors work under contracts with the National Health Fund. Regardless of private character of the doctors’ practice, the commune authorities provide assistance in carrying out tasks in the area of health care. In recent years the authorities have incurred considerable expenditure on renovating and expanding health care facilities. 

The commune residents may use outpatient clinics in Nagradowice as well as a new facility in Tulce. In these clinics also specialist doctors work. In Nagradowice, Tulce and Gowarzywo there are also dentist’s surgeries. Medicines are supplied by a pharmacy in Nagradowice and a dispensary in Tulce.
